When we interrupt a habitual pattern of behavior that is not working for us anymore and that we normally use in order to deal with stressful situations, we are dissolving the attachment we have to that behavior and we become more resourceful and empowered.
Moment to moment we have the power to choose which way we want to go. By consciously focusing on what we want to create in our lives, we are able to find the purpose and meaning we need, and from there filled with enthusiasm we are able to take the first step leading to transformation.
